- Online – using Patient Access via the link at the top of this page. Registration is required -please ask at Reception.
- In person – drop your repeat slip into the dispensary at your branch surgery.

Online Prescriptions Requests for Under 16s
If you are a parent or a guardian who requests repeat prescriptions for a child and would like to do this online then please email: email@example.com
Please state the child's name, date of birth and we will reply with a link to an online form.
Please allow 2 full working days for prescriptions to be processed, by the practice (noting weekends and bank holidays) plus the time your pharmacy need to prepare - please check with them.
For patients who live more than a mile from a pharmacy, we are able to dispense medicines directly at the surgery. All our surgeries have dispensaries that are open every weekday 08:00 – 18:00 (see the Opening Times page for details of closures). The service is convenient and often quicker for patients to have their prescriptions issued, rather than going to a pharmacy.
Acute Medication Requests
Please either contact dispensary to discuss or use the messaging service in Patient Access.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
